How to use

  • Position the pillow so that the central contour supports the natural curve of your neck (the cervical spine) while your head rests comfortably in the recessed center.
  • Ensure the occipital ridge (base of your skull) aligns with the pillow’s raised edge—this promotes decompression through the suboccipital region and maintains healthy cervical lordosis.
  • The contoured wings on each side are designed for side sleeping. When transitioning to your side, place your head within the side support zones to keep your cervical spine and thoracic spine in neutral alignment.
