How to use

  • Position the pillow so that the central contour supports the natural curve of your neck (the cervical spine) while your head rests comfortably in the recessed center.
  • Ensure the occipital ridge (base of your skull) aligns with the pillow’s raised edge—this promotes decompression through the suboccipital region and maintains healthy cervical lordosis.
